Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and operator legal name and address ("we", "us") for the Merch Ads Pro extension, the website at merchadspro.com and your account at app.merchadspro.com (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the extension, you accept them.

The service

Merch Ads Pro brings your Amazon Merch on Demand sales and your Amazon Ads data together in a dashboard inside your browser and suggests changes to your campaigns. It works through your own signed-in Amazon session.

Merch Ads Pro is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Merch on Demand and Amazon Ads are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Your account

  • You need an account to use the extension. You must give a valid email address and keep your password safe.
  • One account is for one person. You may use it on more than one computer.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a contract.

Your Amazon accounts

You are responsible for your use of Amazon Merch on Demand and Amazon Ads and for following Amazon's terms. The extension makes changes on Amazon only when you apply them from the change queue or turn on a rule in Act mode. You remain responsible for every change made on your behalf, including your ad spend.

Suggestions, estimates and forecasts in the service are based on your data and are not guarantees of sales, royalties or ad results.

Plans, trial and billing

  • Trial. New accounts get a free trial with every feature. When the trial ends you keep the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. We do not charge you at the end of the trial unless you have chosen a paid plan.
  • Paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data stays in the extension.
  • Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we email you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.
  • Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as stated in these terms or as required by law. In exceptional cases we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Taxes. Prices may not include taxes such as VAT or sales tax. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service to break the law or Amazon's terms;
  • share your account with other people or resell access to the service;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the extension, except where the law allows it;
  • interfere with the service, test its security without our written permission, or overload it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where reasonable, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Your data

Your sales and ad data stay in the extension on your computer; see the extension privacy policy. Account data is handled as described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Amazon may change its pages or limits at any time, and some features may stop working until we update the extension.

We may change the service and these terms. If a change to the terms affects you materially, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, ad spend, or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and of the country where you live. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the law of that country.

If a dispute arises, we first try to resolve it amicably. You can also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
